Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wrenchify, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Beta / Early Access

Wrenchify is in active development and may be considered a beta or early-access service. Features, pricing, and availability may change, be incomplete, or be removed without notice.

You may encounter bugs, downtime, slow performance, or data inconsistencies. We appreciate your feedback, but we do not guarantee a specific timeline for fixes or new features.

Warranty Disclaimer

The app and all content, tools, estimates, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Wrenchify does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any diagnostic result, labor estimate, or repair recommendation is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific vehicle or situation. Use the information at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Liability

Wrenchify provides diagnostic information, labor estimates, and invoicing tools for convenience only. Diagnostic steps, repair recommendations, and labor times are generated by AI or pulled from public databases and may not be accurate for every vehicle or situation.

Wrenchify LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, loss of use, or other harm resulting from repairs or decisions made using information from this app. Always verify diagnostic information against the factory service manual for your specific year, make, model, and engine, and consult a qualified technician before performing any repair.

Bluetooth OBD-II Scan Tool Safety

The Wrenchify Bluetooth scan tool reads and clears standard OBD-II diagnostic trouble codes only. It does not modify vehicle calibrations, flash or reprogram ECUs, enter service/bleeding modes, or command any vehicle actuator or system.

Reading codes, reading the VIN, and viewing live sensor data are read-only operations and cannot physically damage a vehicle. Clearing codes resets the check-engine light and emissions readiness monitors; this is not physical damage, but the vehicle may not pass an emissions inspection until the monitors run again. Always use a high-quality, compatible BLE OBD-II dongle and follow the dongle manufacturer's instructions.

Third-Party Data

Diagnostic trouble codes, recalls, technical service bulletins, labor times, and vehicle specifications may be sourced from public databases and third-party providers.

Wrenchify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, parts supplier, or third-party data provider. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or outdated; always verify critical information independently.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

All vehicle brand names, logos, model names, and original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to these marks are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

The Wrenchify name, logo, mascot, and app content are the property of Wrenchify LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Enter accurate vehicle, customer, and invoice information.
• Use the app lawfully and only for vehicles you are authorized to work on.
• Follow safe shop practices and applicable regulations when performing repairs.
• Confirm that any invoice, estimate, or repair recommendation is appropriate before sharing it with a customer.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Prices may change; we will notify you before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused features.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide (name, shop info, vehicle details, customer details, searches, scans, and invoices) so the app can function. Diagnostic results and AI outputs are processed through the Lovable AI Gateway; we do not sell your data to third parties.

We use your data to:

• Run diagnostics, labor lookups, and invoicing.
• Save your garage, customers, and invoice history.
• Enforce plan limits and keep the app secure.

Cookies and Analytics

Wrenchify uses only the cookies and local storage needed for authentication, theme preference, and app functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your account and data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, vehicles, customers, searches, scans, and invoices will be removed. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for security purposes.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Wrenchify will be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

Changes and Termination

We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
