What it means

Open circuit at the exhaust cam profile actuator (profile A, bank 2). Same as P002A on bank 2. The cam phaser actuator adjusts intake/exhaust timing under load — a stuck or slow phaser kills mid-rpm torque and can throw correlation codes between cam and crank.
